Delete your Help'd account

You can delete your account and data yourself in the app:

1. Open the Help'd app and sign in.
2. Tap the settings icon, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account, profile and verification documents are deleted.

This removes your profile and any helper verification documents. Job and payment records are kept only as long as the law requires.

Cannot get into the app? Email support@gethelpd.com.au from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
